Top Shelf Designs was created in order to provide an awesome T-Shirt as a decent price. Top Shelf Designs has been designing and silk screening t-shirts for local sports teams, businesses, dodge ball teams and more! In the summer of 2006 I was chillin at the compound and EtonicTim was there. He had an idea for a t-shirt line; he referred to the line as VICTIM! I thought it was a sick idea and we got moving. So there you have it! The birth of Top Shelf Designs and of course, VICTIM Limited Clothing. All shirts can be viewed under 'Products' link; so check them out.
